Concern(s),

 Brief : I'm  done with 2011 budget, I do have 5 Budget Orgs and they are all were assigned for accounts. Now,  I'm about to open 2012 budget.

Should I recreate anew 5  budget orgs for 2012 (and assign them for the same account ranges ) or I only  have to use the carryforward feature in order to proceed with the same .
