Setting up US Sales Tax at the postal code level

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to setup US Sales tax at the postal code level? For example, in the state of OHIO, I have separate tax rates for different city-postal code combinations and I am trying to understand how to set this up in E-Business Tax. Please contact me if you need more information. I would really appreciate the help.
