How to find exact warrenty contract number from repair order no.

We want to prepare the report to get the exact warrenty contract details from repair order number.

But we dont find any link between the repair order number and warrenty contract table.

Can anybody guide how to write a query or report if any or tables which we need to consider to build such relation.

We prefer to get the data of Repair Order No,instance no, and exact warrenty contract number.
