Delinquency fee instructions

Hi,

 When setting up fee instructions, is it possible to use another formula for generating fees besides the formula being used when entering a value in the Annual Percentage Rate ( the formula used here is ((Interest Rate ÷ 365 × .01) × open amount of invoice) × number of days late) ?
