MIC FAILURE alerts on HP LTO-3 tape drive

 Hi all,
I keep getting this alert for a specific TD, from an SL8500 library: 

TapeAlert Code: 0x0f, Type: Warning, Flag: MIC FAILURE, from drive HPULTRIUM3-TD03110

On the NetBackup media server to which this TD is assigned I get stuff like this:

more /usr/openv/netbackup/db/media/errors | grep HPULTRIUM3-TD03110
