EVMD restarted on 22 jan

[evmd(51010)]CRS-1401:EVMD started on node racnode1.

Checking the evmd.bin process in 23 jan

/oracle/product/11202/grid/log/racnode1 GRID]>ps -ef | grep evm| grep –v  grep
oraasmp1 51010     1  0 Jan22 ?        00:02:39 /oracle/product/11202/grid/bin/evmd.bin
oraasmp1 51105 51010  0 Jan22 ?        00:00:00 /oracle/product/11202/grid/bin/evmlogger.bin -o /oracle/product/11202/grid/evm/log/evmlogger.info -l /oracle/product/11202/grid/evm/log/evmlogger.log

CRS check reports failure of EVMD in 23 rd jan same time as above command, Anyone please clarify

CRS-4537: Cluster Ready Services is online
CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online
