PAY: No data in the table pay_cost_allocations_f

Hi ,

I am using "PAY_COST_ALLOCATION_API.UPDATE_COST_ALLOCATION" API to update the costing information of the element links .It is expecting "p_cost_allocation_id" value to be passed from the table "pay_cost_allocations_f".

There is no data in the table "pay_cost_allocations_f" . Could please let me know when exactly data is populated in this table.

EBS Version is : 12.0.6   /    10G
