PAY: hr_organization_units : Costing Info not reflecting during updation through API

Greetings!!  I have used "HR_ORGANIZATION_API.update_organization" to update the costing information at the organization/department level(Work structure=>HR Orgnaization>Costing).

API Is working fine without any error . Every time it returns new object version,so updation is taking place.

Issue :  SEGMENT values(costing data) are not reflecting in the table ("hr_organization_units") as well as inthe application.

Note : 1) If I update in the application data is reflecting in the table.

       2) Version  : EBS 12.0.6  /  10G

Anybody faced this problem?
