Strategic Sourcing Bidder Registrations

Does anyone out there have an issue with Bidder Registrations and vendors doing business with multiple business names? (DBA). If you are using SS and have a solution or suggestion I would like to know what you did.

If a bidder registers using a TIN, and they have other branch or subsidiaries that do business under another name using the same TIN where did you put the information? How do you communicate to the bidder/vendor where to add that information? This DBA has to print on the check.

My Client wants to see if there are any other government entities having the same issue.
