Part Number Changing

Hi All,

We are having a random issue. The issue is that sometimes the items we enter in parts requirement form are different with the items in created ISO. And this is happening randomly. ALso we find sometime same issue in charges also, items in charges lines and items in sales order created are different.

We have checked  Supersessions also. We did not find the items their.

Any help will be appreciated.
