Expense Subinventories with Non Quantity tracked were not shown in Destination Subinventory LOV of M

Hi,

 

Here is the strange behavior of oracle system. In Move Order Header there is a field of destination sub inventory. Here in LOV the Sub inventories with Expense and not Trackable attributes are not appearing.

 

Although we can select the subinvenory in line level, where it appears in LOV.

 

After primary investigation i found out that this is the bug in oracle.

But this patch is for 12.1 and Later. Also in my case expense subinventories with qty tracked are shown but the problem is with expense subinventoy wiht non qty tracked.
