MS Project Receiving - Job rates retrieved with Zero Value

Dear All,

I'm not able to receive a job rates while receive the resource list in MS project and I'm already face this issue recently, I'm already received all rates before Jobs and employees, and I already remove effected end date from burden schedule form, and we have clone instance as of 10-Dec-2011 and when I receive to MS project all rates appears I’m just facing this issue in the production instance.
