Can I use a purchase document, besides SPO, to work with Project Costing and PO Contracts?

we are implementing Po Contracts and Project Costing.
The customer has a requirement to use Blanket Purchase Agreement or Contract Purchase Agreement. But we have a problem here...
Procurement Contracts can use Standard PO, BPA, CPA and releases. But not Planned Purchase Order.
In the other hand, Project Costing can use SPO, Planned Purchase Order and releases. But not BPA and CPA.
But in order to attend our customer, we need to use Standard PO and BPA or CPA or Planned Purchase Order, because we need to associate a contract template and a project to the purchase document.
