linux and oracle db on vm

dear sir oracle support

please help me for future use of oracle db.

I'm a dba and have ocp dba form oracle, so i'm working on OS windows and insatalled my db on it. now i wish to know first step by step witch OS is is petter to use linux or unix as platform and how can i insall it on vistual PC on my windows 7 then how i insall oracle db on it any version after that i wish to know how i do dataloading fow oracle on windows to oracle on linux or unix .
