Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

need help upgrade from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.3

  I have opened a TAR (SR) on this issue but so far have got non responsive answers from support - 

Can anyone fill in some of the blanks for me?

I am running 11.2.0.1 under Windows 2008 Server R2 64bit 
my oracle home is c:\oracle\ora11gr2

I would like to perform an upgrade in place as I am used to doing with my previous versions of 10g

I have downloaded  all 7 p10404530_112030_MSWIN-x86-64_nof7.zip files into a directory under the oracle home called "patch" -  c:\oracle\ora11gr2\patch
Then I extracted the files to a directory c:\oracle\ora11gr2\patch\p10404530_112030_MSWIN-x86-64
