What is the resource control commonly associated with the Oracle Database's processes parameter in i

Hello,
At first I thought that the resource control associated with the Oracle Database's processes parameter in init.ora was the process.max-sem-nsems.

But a few observations raised me doubts if a more adequate resource control wouldn't be the zone.max-lwps, project.max-lwps or task.max-lwps.
