list of patches before upgrade

Team - I am in the process of upgrading our EBS instance from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1. I have done all the reviews of the documents but still not clear about the pre-requisite patches ( Modules and product patches, Interoperability patches, databaes patches etc). I created an SR asking Oracle to Provide the list of patches based on our implimentations and they were referring to some generic documents.

how do I find out what the list of patches applied before I start running the rapidwiz? ( both db and apps patches)

what actions should be performed after the OS file systems set up is done before I run rapidwiz again for the config
