InterChanging RedoLog Thread Between Instances

Hi All,

I had One Query, we have 4node cluster database setup

Hardware configuration of 4 node was higher than others,we want to start manual upgrade From node 4(as we make cluster database=false),Thread One should be point to Instance 4(can be updated in parameter file),

I there any Negative Impact on database if we change the Thread 1 from Instance 1 to Instance 4,

Please suggest.
