PO Approve, Additional Options tab, Release Method default

Hello all.

Where does the Release Method default from under the Additional Options tab when approving a blanket agreement?  It currenlty defaults to Automatic Release and we need to change to Release using Autocreate.  Is this from the form itself or based on a profile or other setting?  We are on R12.
