Target/Source Meters

Hi,
Has anyone implemented Target/Source Meters?
I have a scenario where I want to have two meters: METER-A(Target) and METER-A900(Source).
The PM schedule for the Asset should be attached to the METER-A (Target).
So every Reading of METER-A900 should feed METER-A. Lets say I entered today 20 HOURS into the METER-A900, I expect the same 20 Hours to be added automatically to the Target Meter: METER-A (this will drive the PM Work Order creation)

How can I accomplish this in eAM?
