Requisition line details gets cleared when update line type

Hi All 

when i update existing requsition line type for specific charge account range thru form personalization in Oracle ERP 11.5.10.2ver

and When i save the requsition line form, then requisition line details like 'Category', Description, Quantity and Price gets cleared,

Could Please advice,,
