Can't load thesaurus

Hello,
I'm trying to load into the default thesaurus the following file:

California
   NT Northern California
       NT San Francisco
       NT San Jose
   NT Central Valley
       NT Fresno
   NT Southern California
       NT Los Angeles

Order (from a DOS Client into a Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production)

V:\>ctxload -user xxx/yyy  -thes -name default -file bradoc_2.txt
Connecting...
Creating thesaurus default...
ORA-06550: Ligne 1, colonne 19 :
PLS-00201: identifier 'CTXSYS.DRITHSL' must be declared
ORA-06550: Ligne 1, colonne 7 :
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

What am I doing wrong ?
