Dunning not showing interest - finance charges= yes, accrue =no

Hi

Can someone please advise on the following.

I have accrue interest in system options set to no, finance charges on the customer profile/site & on the dunning letter set to yes.  However, when I run dunning, finance charges are not appearing on the dunning print.

Am I missing a step?.
