DB Import Problem

Hi

While importing database using script

" imp abc/32ee@db1 full=y file='j:\db1\dump1.dmp','j:\db1\dump2.dmp'   log='j:\db1\impdb.log'    "

i have already granted imp_full_database, exp_full_database and full quota on users tablespace is already assigned.

while importing it throws error " insufficient privileges.Kindly tell me if i am lacking any other privileges and advise me the correct method to get rid of this problem.Thanks
