SSHR - LOA - I want to force the user to attach document for Sick Leave

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

In SSHR LOA , I want the user to click on the Add button and attach the document (eg. medical certificate if the absence type is Sick Leave) before he sends it for approval.

I am using User Hook to do validations before submitting the Leave for approval.

Can anybody tell me how this can be achieved.
