Missing oradim.exe on Win2008R2

Hello,afterwards I installed 11.2.0.3 64Bit (Patch Set downloaded yesterday from My Oracle Support) on Win2008R2 the oradim.exe to create the instance is missing in the BIN-directory.
During the installation I selected the Enterprise Edition without any additional options and I just chosen at step 3 in the OUI to install the database software.
Any idea why did that happened and how can I correct this?
