I have a SF V890 Server that is a Sun Cluster 3.2 node. Now after reboot, the server began displaying the following error:
WARNING: init(1M) exited on fatal signal 9: restarting automatically
WARNING: init(1M) exited on fatal signal 9: restarting automatically
WARNING: init(1M) exited on fatal signal 9: restarting automatically
WARNING: init(1M) exited on fatal signal 9: restarting automatically
...

I already tryed the solution proposed by Oracle Support concerning Library but it's not working :

Solution
boot -F failsafe
or
boot cdrom -s
Mount root filesystem on /a
If necessary, replace damaged the lib file(s) using the failsafe miniroot lib files:

Howdy, Stranger!
