Oracle Payables Dynamic Discount?

Hello,

Please help me on the Dynamic Discount(Payment term). Is there any dynamic discount concept in oracle? If not, what is the alternative solution? I know this councept is available in Peoplesoft and SAP. Dynamic Discount is if the invoice is NET30 and if you want to pay within 10 days, then system automatically calculate discount based on the NET10 term. Please let me know if there is any aternativeconcept. Thanks
