Help!! -- Full import (via imp) from 10.2.0.4 into 11.2.0.3.1 failed to import DBMS jobs! IMP-00017:

Can anyone help me regarding why dbms jobs can not be full imported???  Many thanks!  Joy

I used traditional exp to FULL export 10.2.0.4 database.

I used tradtional imp to FULL import  it into 11.2.0.3.1 database.

Same platform, os version.

But my dbms jobs failed to be imported with error below. (NOTE: I have never had issues like this when exp/imp 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.4)

. importing CADASTRAL's objects into CADASTRAL
