Automatic Modifiers are not getting applied to Service Contract

Hello,

I have setup a automatic modifier which has a qualier for a customer but when I create a service contract against that customer the automatic modifier is not getting applied..Do I have to setup anything

differently for automatic modifiers (Screenshot attached)
