Lightning Bolts in Speed Time Entry

Hello everyone,

Could someone tell me what the yellow lightning bolts and the red x's mean in Speed Time Entry P051121?  My client wants to know if she can delete records that have the lightning bolt.  I can't find the answer in the knowledge garden or documentation.  I'll attach images of what I'm talking about.
