Patching is failing with "DEBUG Authentication: nmejcap: read error 12 from process" while patching

All,

We have grid control  repository (10.2.0.5) and I am trying to patch my 10.2.0.4 Home, I have setup the Sudo  in /etc/sudoers as per the oracle requirment and validated by oracle support .

Still I have issue, on the step , when It tryed to validated the sudo privileges from the Grid control  it fails.

I have started tracing on the agent in one of the trace file emagent.trc I see following message
