OTL: Timecard and Absence integration
Can you have absence types and earnings elements that are not attached to an accrual plan? An example for us is jury duty: the employee enters in an absence of Jury Duty but we do not give them an accrual plan.
Does the absence type have to be defined in "Days" even if the earnings element has an input value for hours? or Do we need to set up new earnings elements?
