SR Number Generation in Service Request Form
Can I make Service Request (SR) numbering in SR form based on a custom sequence?
I have changed profile option 'Service: System generated Service Request Number' to NO to manually enter SR numbers (no auto generation of SR numbers).
Is there any provision so that SR numbers generation sequence based on responsibility?
( e.g For 'CTO MIS Process' reponsibility, SR number will start from CTO/MIS/0001....
For 'CTO Cal Center' responsibility, SR number will start from CTO/CC/0001....)
Can I make any Form Personalization on SR form for this, or is there any workaround to fulfill this requirement?
