PTO Carry Over

hi,

we are running oracle applications 11i. I have set up 2 accrual plans last year. The carried over effective end date was 31-DEC-2011.

After running payroll in JAN-2012, I found out the balance of 2011 was not carried over to 2012.

If all I have to do is running the PTO Carry Over Process, please specify exactly how i should enter the parameters.I need values because what I tried gave me balance null in test!

If there is something else that i need to consider please help.

Please consider that Jan-12 payroll run is already processed and cannot be redone. The HR user can be deducting leave days already in the past period the system.
