Quality of support from Oracle.very poor

We pay an annual licence/maintenance fee, yet have to solve the problems here in this forum, if we are lucky enough to find someone who is knowlegable and has an answer. Very poor. Also I  not agree with calling a bug an enhncment request. A bug is a bug is abug
