Testing BSSV

Hi all!
My system info is E1 9.0 Update 2, Tools 8.98.4.5, Weblogic 10.3.2.

I followed all the steps for installing and configuring BSSV server from instruction https://supporthtml.oracle.com/ep/faces/secure/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1302209.1 but got stuck on the testing steps.
All provider tests were performed successfully.

In test https://supporthtml.oracle.com/ep/faces/secure/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1335544.1 ping to the BSSV server is successful, but the application does not return anything and no errors.
In test https://supporthtml.oracle.com/ep/faces/secure/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1346096.1 ping to the local BSSV server failed.
