Network adapter could not establish connection

 Hi ,

we are using Oracle RAC 11.1.0.6

we have found that we get connection drops from application to database. There is network issue as both servers and application are in same segment.

while connecting through sql developer we have tested that sometimes we are able to connect and sometimes it gives error.( I/O excption : the network adapter could not establish connection)

appreciate help in this regards .
