PAY_BALANCE_PKG.SET_CONTEXT - Question regarding initializing these during balance retrieval

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question
We use the PAY_BALANCE_PKG.GET_VALUE function within a reporting toolkit that gathers all the balances into a central star schema data design. This eliminates realtime access for reporting needs. We currently are using TAX_UNIT_ID, JURISDICTION_CODE, BUSINESS_GROUP_ID, and DATE_EARNED. Are there any adverse issues caused by setting the other values if we know them i.e. PAYROLL_ID, LOCAL_UNIT_ID, ORGANIZATION_ID, TIME_DEFINITION_ID, etc. ?
