Mass deletion of Proposed salaries

Hi

Is there a way to mass delete uploaded proposed salaries?  Forgot to add Proposal Reason code in upload.  When trying to re-upload it will not allowed me because

effective date is the same, and I can not change effective date.  Date should be 1 Jan.
