Does the Account Hoerarchy always go Alphabetically in R12

We have created our account hierarchy in R12.06 and it lloks to me like no matter what we do that it puts our account hierarchy in Alphabetically order is this by design or is there a setting that controls this see example below

Our Current structure is below

Assets

---CASSETS - Current Assets

---GW - Goodwill

---INTANG - Intangible

---NETFA - Net Fixed Assets

---NONCA - Non Current Assets

---OASSET - Other Assets

If i want to move NETFA above GWit always reverts to alphabetical order
