Expiring Items on BPAs

edited Jan 26, 2012 8:29PM in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
We have an item that has been end-dated on a BPA and when we query the BPA number from the Main Store in I-Procurement, one will not be able to see the item line which has expired in the BPA.

If we query this item independently  in the Main store of I-procurement, the item is being displayed since its ACTIVE and is mapped to a shopping category and can be used as a part of the catalog in a Purchase Requisition even If there is no backing Blanket Purchase Agreement created for that Item. We have been advised that this is Oracle Standard functionality and the iproc application in Oracle does not stop the user from selecting an active item independently even if it has been end dated on a BPA.

Howdy, Stranger!
