Wrong username and password

Hi

We suddenly got this issue on the 4th January 2012.

No patches were loaded as most oracle support staff were on leave. IT insists it is not a network issue.

Multiple users are trying to login via pda and and get various messages like Server busy, Network disconnected during sync and mainly Wrong username and password. This could happen once or more before a successful sync. Could also have multiple successful syncs for various periods.

I have deleted and reinstated a user, reloaded olite on the pda, no change. We are using 10.0.2.0.2. I have uploaded an example of an engineer trying to log in.
