cross-platform upgrade OEM 10.2.0.5 to 11g

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my OEM 10.2.0.5 to 11g.

The repository is 10.2.0.4 and is on separated servers (rac)
OEM 10.2.0.5 is installed on a HP-UX B.11.31 U ia64 platform, for the 11g version i've new servers on linux.. x86_64.
How can i install the 11g on the new servers using the exisiting repository ?
do i have the upgrade the 10.2.0.5 version first ?
