XML-22044: Error invoking chart_svg

I am porting a BI Publisher Web Service application from Oracle Application Server to Oracle WebLogic Server.

Testing and working on my local pc, Windows 7, in JDeveloper 11g Release and the integrated WebLogic Server. Included the jar-files from the local BI-publisher Desktop makes it possible for me to generate most of my reports (XML converted by way of RTF-templates).

I have met a problem that I can't solve. I am running a report that makes use of an rtf-template with a chart. And it seems, I have missed a class or got a wrong classpath.

Has anybody met the below problem, and knows a workaround? The following is the output from the console of the integrated WebLogic Server.
