BIP 11g - Bursting -- PARAMETER6 is not worlking as expected

I have the following case:
BI Publisher 11g
Bursting setup with eText Template and TEXT output in BI Publisher Data Model is sending out as attachment not in the email body as expected.
PARAMETER6 is set to false, as in Doc ID 781080.1)  but still it is not working as expected

I really appreciate any hints.
