Wanted: Recommendations for deploying packages

I have a number of custom, PL/SQL packages that I'd like to "push" to a number of databases.  Doesn't have to be at the same time or anything complicated but these won't be newly-created databases - that would be too easy.   ;-)

Ideally, I'd like to keep the source files for these Packages centrally, perhaps on the Enterprise Manager (11.1.0.1.0) host, and "load" them into each database remotely.  I have all the required database/host credentials.

Is there a recommended way of doing this? 
What options do I have available?
