OBIEE 11.1.1.5 BIP rtf download error

In OBIEE 11.1.1.5 BIP the rtf download returns the default BIP error for a template report, error is in rtf doc not in functionality of download.The template is 10 pages and has a dynamic chart, we have other smaller BIP template reports without dynamic chart that rtf download works, are there any config setting or limits that could be causing this error. Thanks in Advance.
