Can we find out the date a work order's status is changed to COMPLETED-NO CHARGES

Is there a way to find out the date a work order's status is changed to  "COMPLETED- NO CHARGES" .

We can find out the date the status is changed to CLOSED and COMPLETED  from WIP_DISCRETE_JOBS table but could not find a way to find the date the status is changed to  COMPLETED-NO CHARGES.
