Need for 3 decimal fields on Sales Order Screen

There is a need for us to be able to store and display numeric values out to 3 decimals. Currently when we enter a 3 decimal value, it stores and rounds to 2 positions.  We would like some values displayed at 2 decimals and some values displayed in 3 decimals.  Is there a setting somewhere that allows us to do this?  Please let me know ASAP.
